1) How do I change my avatar?
2) Where do I find my conversations?

For the avatar:-
Click on your user name on the upper right -
Click on Your Profile
Click on your displayed avatar image and you will enter the edit avatar dialogue.

For your "conversations" they don't appear to be populated - but you can:
Click on your user pane on the upper right -
Click on "Your Content"

I note that only things I have posted since the upgrade are listed. Everyone gets a fresh start on the new software!
