Average response time from Spyderco?

Sales responses from the sales dept or SFO are pretty quick. Usually not more than a day or two.

Warrantee & Repair is currently "snowed under" as we re-organize the dept. It has been horrible lately (which is why we're re-organizing). often many weeks.

Emails to me are way behind due to an aggressive travelling schedule and will remain that way until after Blade show.

Emails to Peter on legal and design Q's are usually replied to in less than a week.

What type of communication are you having a problem with?

I'm interested in the Persian, but when I checked your dealer find option on the site, I didn't have a nearby dealer listed. Sometimes those features are not up to date so I dispatched an email to one of your departments (sales, I think). It has only been 3 days so no real biggie, but just trying to get a feeling for the turnaround.

Perhaps I would be wiser to place a call?
 
Persians are pretty hard to find. We're backordered and we are at capacity on that model. If you can't find one from checked sources, you might do best to order one from your regular dealer. We have a good number going out in the next week.

If you don't get a response in the next day or so, I would call. I know that we're short shifted in that area at this time. Sorry for your frustration.

OK thanks Sal. I'll put in a call middle of next week to see if anybody local to me has a stock worth checking out. If not, I will turn to an online source.
