average wait?

New to the Busse universe over here, put in an order for the BA and the fellow with the "I got charged" thread made me stop and go look. I haven't been charged yet and I was wondering what's the average delivery/response time?

And yes I've heard tell of the "two weeks" joke. I'm curious what I may actually be looking at here as far as wait.
 
I am pretty sure I heard 12-16 weeks for the BA. The "I got charged" gentleman is likely talking about a FBM.
It will be worth it. The Badger looks like a great knife. I look foward to using her.

Three Months?!?

Dammit I have ADD I'm gonna have forgotten I ordered it by then!
Guess the wife and I will both be really surprised
 
I would be MORE than happy to learn that I remember incorrectly or that whoever gave such information was just yanking my chain.
 
I placed my order over the phone and I was told 14-1 weeks, by a reliable source.

I don't know how you all can live with a major credit card hit like that in a holding pattern for that long, I plan on putting the money into postal money orders and setting it aside while I wait.

On the other hand if you wait until the last minute to order you will get yours within a few weeks, it'll just be after I get mine.
 
It makes it easier for me to order more than I should because the pain won't come for such a long time. An often overlooked benefit of the Busse way.

Gentleman? Me?? HARDLY! ;)

The Badger will likely be out in May. So your average wait is. . . May. The earlier you ordered, the likely earlier you'll get shipped, but that isn't always the case.
