Aviator Kydex sheath

I'd sure like a kydex sheath custom made for my aviator. Who can make something like this? I'm thinking something for the strap on my survival rifle.

Ideas?

I have a sheath from On/Scene Tacical and it is excellent!! And I have one from Buy Brown, that is good too. BUT, as far as CRK sheaths go, I would say get one from PiterM. His sheaths are amazing!!
