These online petitions are worthless anyway because there is no way to "qualify" the "signers." People from all over the world can "sign." It's very easy for one person to "sign" many times. Etc. etc. etc.

So, if you think that "signing" one of these online petitions is "doing something," forget it.
 
Howdy, granite. To get your cause maximum exposure I'm going to move your thread to the Gadgets and Gear forum (where most firearm discussions take place) and leave a permanent redirect on this forum. This way you'll be able to appeal to participants of both sub forums.
 
The only purpose of online petitions is to get naive people to come to a website. No one pays any attention to the results; they're too easy to hack. :thumbdn:
