OK, long story in short, I had a nitpicky, minor problem with one of my LEFBMs, called the shop, talked to Kendra, she said send it back and they will take a look, and that was last week and now an absolutely perfect, beautiful, new sterile LE sits in my possession, which was inspected by the one and only #13:thumbup: I've been purchasing Busses' since 2001, and have never had such excellent customer service from any other company and will continue to buy from such a fabulous crew there at Busse
