Awesome PM2 Mailcall! Too good to be true?

Hello!
Just got these two beauties bnib! It's been awhile since I last had one of them and oh boy am I happy!

Cts-204P ( green)
And cts-xhp ( orange)

But...My uncle thinks they are fake for some reason lol
But as you can see they clearly aren't
Everything's in order, two holes in liner, sharp jimping, g10 textures, blade grinds, stamping, boxes, papers, and screws all exact

I've handled dozens of pm2s and multiples of these models and I know they are the real deal
Figured I'd post to clear his conscience and share with y'all my score

To this day I still think the CTS-XHP PM2's are the finest looking of the bunch. That black DLC and orange G10 just go together. The upcoming Maxamet's may be close, though!

Same here. When I get a new knife, I almost treat it as if it's made of glass. Sooner or later I'll make some cuts with it and then the "newness" wears off a bit. And while I love the look of a brand new knife, there's nothing that looks better than a knife with genuine wear on it.

Look at the grinds at the end of the both blades. That seems questionable and I've seem those chisel grinds on cheap China knock offs. The lanyard tube look fluted too. They should be straight with no lip.

Hate to say it, but your Uncle is right. They are good fakes, but clearly fakes.

I'd take both off your hands though to easy some of your angst.

Ok.... just kidding, they look 100% legit. Wonderful score for you. Enjoy them.
