Just had two knives returned from warranty work and sharpening. One week turnaround. One was an auto Stryker, handles we're torn up pretty badly from some pretty hard use in Iraq. All I asked for was for them to check the blade play because it had gotten pretty loose. They replaced the handles and all the innards. I offered to pay but it was no charge! I am extremely happy! Way to go Benchmade!
