i suppose, it is assist's springs, that push the blade and scratch the handle at the same time, what do you guys think? some time after opening the blade - it stinks and i wash it with boiling water, as i use it for meal only and i don't know if this particles on blade are not harmful. it bores me much, but i have no option now

Don't use it for food preparation, get a kitchen knife. Leave the knife in the sun for a few days and hopefully it will off-gas.

I had a Survive!Knife with a smell .The scales were cotton canvas with a Formalin resin containing Formaldehyde .Hung the scales out in the summer sun and the formaldehyde eventually disappeared. [I actually f orgot about them so they were outside for more than a month ! ] It might take less time but smell is completely gone. Resins do contain more than one chemical and the reaction may not be complete or the resin may be not to spec .Sun will do wonders!

I agree with the letting it air out. Another option is washing well with water and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) that can help neutralize some chemicals. Also some people are more sensitive to certain smells, so it could be that it just disagrees with you.

The resin that I dealt with has been used for many years and familiar as a resin in old radios going way back .I can ID that smell immediately ! They use it in circuit boards even today. Too bad you can't leave your radio, TV and computer in the sun to get it out.
