Just wanted to point out what a great job the Crew and Shaley is doing, and making this a great experience.
After ordering a CS WTF i wanted to make sure it gets here as it left the compound, shiny, and not scratched up, so half Jokingly I asked Shaley to put a Fragile sticker on the box. I forgot all about it, untill it showed up today, sure as heck, with a few Fragile stickers on it.
Just wanted to share a good experience, Since people are way more likely to post bad once.

Nawh........UPS driver dropped it coming up the hill......took three of his toes.......I gave him a bandaid.....and a thank you :D
 
I've called a few times early in the morning from Australia. Ladies at the shop always greeted myself kindly and taken care of any changes to my orders quick and hassle free. 10/10 would call again :D
 
I was half hoping mine would show up with one accidental scratch....so I wouldn't have to go through the pain of inflicting the first scratch..no such luck, shes perfect..

agreed.. we all know how when a blade is released, its like a feeding frenzy.. even new on the job she is friendly and helpful even in the heat of battle..hats off to ms Shaley!
man..when O2W is over..she will be able to do that job in her sleep..
 
Oh yeah, i had to do few changes my self, She always been kind, helpfull, and with quick replies,
 
My WTF was wrapped for the long haul. Excellent job all around....
 
Fragile....someone please post that part from "A Christmas Story" .....the lamp......that's what that box reminds me of
