Axe/hatchet ID help

I picked up what appears to be a camp axe / hatchet today at the antique store.
I know NOTHING about axes aside from the big brands .
I picked this one up for a couple bucks to tinker with on my day off.
Can anyone help me ID the brand?
It looks like it says " ....... TOOL CO."
other than that, the pitting is too bad to make anything else.
Can anyone help?

Hummmm. I can't figure out this picture posting format. I'm familiar with "the outdoors trader" format (which is the EXACT SAME. but this is stupid that you have to be a paid subscriber to upload pictures straight to the forum .

Not a whole heck of a lot is known about them besides that I believe they fell under Kelly at some point, here's a photo of the stamp on one of my axes.
