Axe head and handle length advice

I would appreciate some advice. I've got a really nice 24" handle I need to put a head on. I've got a 1.75 lb and a 1.6lb head ready for handles. Are those heads to small for a 24" handle? Looking at the handle, once either of the heads are on it the final handle length would be around 21-22".

What is a good weight head for a 24" handle and would I be better off throwing my two lighter heads on 18" handles? Thoughts.......

I think either of those heads would go nicely on that handle. A Hudson's Bay is typically 1.75 lbs on a 24" haft.
