This is my first post, so hopefully I didn't miss a better place for this. I recently remembered an old axe head I had laying in one of my tool boxes that for the life of me I can't remember where I found it. It was definitely in OK or TX, probably OK. I imagine I was probably walking through the woods and found it, but it may have been at some rural job site. Anyway it is highly worn with no markings, and in very rough shape. If someone has "specific" info by some magical and arcane means, that would be great but I'm really only hoping for type and era. If someone has a pic of something similar with a period correct handle and type of fastening or binding I would also appreciate that.
