Axe ID? Help a brother out.

I appreciate any help with an ID on this axe I just picked up.
There is:
-phantom bevel
-worn blue paint in dip of cheek
-considerable red paint on bottom of eye. Red handle?

I'd second someone with first post making a link , please post a picture here , no offence but this day and age clicking random links is not safe
