Hoping to get some help figuring out the manufacturer here. The only marks are "USA" and "1".

Here is the USA

Here is the 1 on the opposite side

Here is a faint USA mark on the bit and another on the handle

It's a full size felling axe so the 1 wouldn't refer to the weight
