axe ID question

Good scores. I don't recognize either pattern but they look like they're from the ship building industry.

The one on the left has a hook that is identical to an ice harvesting axe, but I cant seem to find an example of one with a broad bit.

I haven’t been on much and just saw your axe Awesome-O. It kind of looks like this “Norfolk” being made by Windy Smithy. Obviously it has that hammer on it so it is different and they didn’t invent the pattern.

Ya got me beat. Try checking out ship building tools.

All kind of aim towards what I find on the internet.

Looks somewhat like these as well.

Norwegian axes “Bila exhibit” – there are blade shapes like the one you have.

Yours is a little different in that it, of course, has a hammer end and the eye is that D-shape that I associate more with Central/Eastern Europe. Kind of like this being offered out of Slovenia:

I'm sorry that picture is so big.

Regardless, it’s pretty neat.
