I bought an old Plumb axe head not long ago and posted some pictures after putting a new handle on it. A couple of members asked me to post some pictures of a sheath when I got one made. I haven't made one for the Plumb yet and when I do it will probably just be a simple edge cover. It will mostly be used to split wood for my smoker and probably stay in the shop.
I did make one for my Council Tool Boys axe and thought I'd post pictures of it instead. This axe will mostly stay in the truck for emergencies but I wanted a decent sheath for it just in case. I added a loop and d-ring on the back to help out in case I ever wanted to strap it to a pack or something. The d-ring could also be used to hang the axe up in camp and the loop would work for belt attachment but I personally think this axe is a little large for belt carry.
Anyway, here are some pics.
