I hope this isn't against the rules but I'm in need of members over at my thrown weapons forum. So please, if you're looking for another place to hang out, if you know anyone who is interested etc. please come join us.

Beast of burden throwing

I've put quite a bit of time into the board thus far, it is just a free forum but we are going to TRY to hold contests every once in a while to win axes, knives etc. I've been putting a lot of time trying to get people to spread the word but so far my attempts have failed.

So please, if you're interested, and if this post doesn't break the rules, come hang out on our board.

Steve from Coal Creek Forge directed my this way. What are your plans? I am looking to get a Hawk/Knife Throwing Comp. as well as a Knife Cutting Comp. and maybe even an Axe Chopping Comp. in my area. Who knows, side by side with a Timberland Sports Expo would be cool. PM me and let me know what your thinking and maybe we can work together on something.

By the way, nice start on your board. It should do well.

Well our goal was to create fair competitions through video on youtube or whatever, and kind of get just a nice online community of throwing weapon enthusiasts gathered up because there really is no other message board around that is completely dedicated to them.

I'm In Eastern Nebraska, In my own little BackWood's 2 Mile's from the Bank's of the Missouri River "Omaha NE" Let me know when you have any of your Competition's Planned I might be able to make It, That would be Great !

No problem Snake Dr. When I or we can get something put together, your more than welcome.

I live in Dubuque, Iowa. We are on the Mississippi bordering Illinois and Wisconsin. A town of 65,000+ with plenty of good food and cold beer. We also like to fish so if you like to do that, bring them polls.

If Kenny H. would like to work together on something, we could put on a good event. Maybe even get a couple Smiths here showing their craft and maybe doing a "How To". The whole Timber Sports thing would be cool as well.

I'll email ya Kenny H. Could be a blast to say the least.
