Hello Survivors :)

We just scored a 5.1 !! Pretty excited to finally own a Survive. And missed out on the necker 2nds, too slow I guess ;)

Thanks Guy and Ellie for working so hard to get those up today.

This is exciting news! Glad you're in on this amazing brand. Would this mean folks could order a 5.1 sheath from you without having to send their knife in?
 
I scored my first survive today as well! 5.1 in 20cv, Im just down the road from you in NW Peoria, I might have to order a sheath:) Congrats...

Hi Al, it's really good to see you here. I've already been thinking the 2.7 would look good in one of your taco sheaths. :)

If anyone here has not dealt with Al and DeAnn, they are fine people and put out a great product :thumbup:

For now, the 2.7 Would need to be sent in, unless I can find one for sale or get one once the pre orders are complete. Fingers crossed :)

Al, if you plan on making templates for taco-style sheaths of the S!K line-up, I have a 4.7 and 4.1 and 3.5 and 12 all on order, am willing to help.

I don't know anything about the process, but if a kydexer has just one knife to make a model sheath, can future sheaths be made based on the model sheath, but without the knife?

Well, I don't know if Azwelke does it, but some sheath-makers will use a single knife to cast a replica from which to mold future sheaths... But perhaps this is not part of Al's process, so the offer may be pointless.
 
Thank You for the offer, but we use the actual knife. So we will be on the look out ;)
