What's up Busse lovers!!

I'm currently waiting IMPATIENTLY on an Azwelke sheath in a rather fetching shade of orange for my TGLB. The one I made myself out of leather has several drawbacks, such as being made by me (ha ha), so I decided to go for a professional sheath. I also ordered it with a fire steel loop, a tek-lok and a leather belt loop.

What do you guys think of Azwelke? I understand that they are generally good but what experiences have you guys had?

Azwelke is amazing. I ordered a sheath for my rodent 3, but the knife he had for making the sheaths had been sold, so he offered to make one at no charge (which I couldn't let him do). He is a real stand up guy, one of the best guys out there!

I have four sheaths made by him. They are all extremely well made. Fit my Busse knives like a glove. Takes about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks from order to ship.

Out of the 3 different makers I have bought from that are mentioned here on busse forum azwelke is my favorite hands down. If it isnt leather it is kydex from azwelke for me.

The man does great work. I believe that he employs a method such that once sheathed, the cutting edge of the blade never touches the sheath. That sounds weird. Anyway, when the knife is riding along on your hip, or where ever, the cutting edge is not constantly bumping around against the inside surface of the sheath.

He makes a great sheath. Well finished edges, very good fit.

I have used sheaths by several of the top makers for kydex, and his are right there, from my limited experience with his sheaths.

He made a sheath for my Ratmandu that has held up quite well. Certainly no complaints from me.

I have a few from Al; he does a superb job! Jared over at PPKS is also worth checking out; I have a couple of his as well.

I think I have about 10 (or more) sheaths from Azwelke and wouldn't hesitate to order more. He's just easy to deal with and makes quality stuff.

Everything I have seen from Al has been very nice. Be sure to post pics once it arrives.
