Just wondering if Böker is the same Boker from WWII that produced the M3 Trench Knives. Also for those that have both, do you consider one to have better quality.

Böker vs Boker of WWII

Boker has several divisions. The Boker that made military knives from WWII is a US company. The Boker present day is in Germany, Same company, though. Sort of like the Boker Plus line is making knives in Taiwan and China, but is still part of Boker in Germany. The WWII Boker in the US was commissioned to make knives like Camillus, Kabar, etc. They just made fewer than the other companies. Read on Boker's web site. They break it down really well. It's an interesting read.
