Böker's X-15 steel. Stain Resistant or Rust Proof?

I have been seeing Böker ads for the Gemini Angler knife with X-15 steel which Böker claims is totally RUST PROOF and in the latest issue of Tactical Knives, there is a review of it in which it says that the edge holding ability is comparable to 440A.
I then looked at the Böker article in the January 2000 issue of Blade magazine (pg54) where it reads "X-15 is much more RUST RESISTANT than any other steel on the market and has the same cutting power as 440C or ATS-34."
My question is, what gives? Is the steel Rust Proof or Rust Resistant?

There is a nice article by Jeff Randall in the current Tactical Knives mag. The steel was put to the test and showed no signs of rust after a trip to the jungle and a week in a salt water bath.
