I just finished up some new additions to my B.D.U. line. These are the new B.D.U. Kwaikens.
They are a compact design that are all business. The slim design takes up very little room, so it fits nicely on molle gear or as an EDC.
The blades on these particular ones are 1095 with a nice dark stonewashed finish. I gave these a tapered tang as well, so they are quite light and well balanced. OAL is 8 5/8", with a 4 1/2" blade tip to handle.

Let me know what you think, all comments and critiques are welcome!

Ben, those are very nice, you do nice work!
I like the handle material and the finish!

I was actually wondering if you were gonna make these in your kwaiken shape. Just makes sense.

Now, this one isn't particularly my style and that's not a bad thing at all. I prefer more a traditional aesthetic like your dressier kwaikens.

Nonetheless, you've executed these very well and I like them a lot. I dig the handle texturing as always and it could be my eyes playing tricks on me but these look like they have more of a curved, bow shape than your other kwaikens and I really like that.

Shape of the sheath is nice and slim, not a lot of excess material and it looks to be well fitted.

Nice work!

Excellent! Love the utilitarian emphasis combined with elegant lines. Looks like it cuts like a screaming witch.

I really like it. is it a slight swept point or is the back flat?

The back is basically flat. I like to keep the point closer to the center line of the knife.
