After a few years of bugging Brian to make me a knife... He finally had time for his old buddy and sent this fine little kitchen utility. Great job on his fit and finish. Sharp enough to get the job done for sure.

I've been using it for almost a month and have been very pleased. It's the perfect size for tedious kitchen chores. Chopping veggies , slicing venison, cutting treats for "Squirt the dog"etc.

The upswept tip is fine enough for picking out the occasional splinter after working at the barn.

I also like how the handle material still is gripable when wet with slimy chicken juice.

All in all a great little performer... and would be great little edc.

thanks Mark! I have been carrying mine as my EDC for a few months and I havent been hapier. Thin, light, SHARP and still shaves so I cant complain :D

Great minds must think alike. I've been trying to figure out a way to make a shape similar to that in a much larger knife for a chef's size blade. I've got a piece of 1' x 2" x 3/32" 1095 left that I'm itching to do something with. Looks like the sharp upper corner it will be instead of the rounded corner.
