Sorry for the crappy pics.
Made under specs of one friend of mine working for Law Enforcement.
They are neckers but can be as also as boot knife or side knives.
So that's the way because we are still thinking about the sheat.

The first with spear shaped point blade is 6cm (2.44") sharp and 4mm thick (.172)
The second one is 7,5cm sharp (about 3") D2 5mm (.20") thick. Overall 17cm (6.7").

Finish black-as-from-the-oven.
G10 and Black Canvas Micarta. Stainless fittings.
Will be sharpened just before shipping!

I use two methods.

I use the top wheel of my flat attachment of my grinder
or
I put a drill bit in a wooden rod and i glue it inside.
Than I cover the wood rod with velcro and I attach on this wooden rod some backed velcro sandpaper.

The last one is used most for polishing.

Cheers!

These look great. I like the innovation of the tools you described above.
These knives look very well suited to their task.

I like the fact that the profile of these knives look agressive and the sculpted handle enhances that feel. The overall impact of these knives is one that follows your description of their intended use. Very cool set of knives.
