Hi guys, here's a little Bird and Trout knife I made recently. Six inch blade of 1084, leather and stag handle with NS and red spacers. I think it fits very nicely in the traditional style and rather like it. Hope you do too. All comments welcome.

That's a neat knife! Not exactly my style, but it looks like it's comfortable to use and the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into it is obvious...better than I can make a knife!

Thanks Nic. It was designed to be extremely comfortable; you can easily choke up as needed, and the handle shape locks in the hand quite nicely. The long narrow blade will gut and fillet fish, or clean ducks or other small game with ease.

Very cool, although it seems to me that it should be hidden in a cane our something... heh heh!

Heh heh! It was a complement! The handle portion looks like it could go on some gentleman's came very nicely! 'specially with that nice slender blade!

That, my friend, is exactly what I look for in a B&T. A beautiful full size handle coupled with a perfectly shaped, slender clip blade.

This is exactly the attention to detail, fit and finish I have come to expect from your work David. A beautiful rendition of a time honored blade pattern. You really should consider licensing some of your designs to some manufacturers, though I haven't a clue as to which ones. Every one you show is my new favorite. I can see that this one will serve it's intended purpose very well. I hope you will show us some in-use pictures when you can get out and catch some fish. Hopefully sooner rather than later!

Thanks Mack, and Michael

I will certainly post up some pictures of this little guy doing it's job in the field:thumbup: Appreciate the nice sentiments.

I need to hire Codger to write for me. He said exactly what I would have said if my brain worked right.
