well its gonna be exciting to say the least!!!!!! I been trying to decide on the 10 or 11 or BWM or DF? but at this price its a pretty easy desicion. I have 2 Battle Rats and love them but I do feel like I need a little bigger chopper!:)

Well, when it comes to knives (and guns) I've noticed that my mind always tells me to go for the best value. But eventually, you're going to get the one you really want. I remember when I bought my first pistol, I went through the same thing. I didn't want to spend $1000 for the Sig P226 that I wanted, so I opted for the cheaper CZ SP01. Even after I got that gun, I realized I still longed for the Sig, so eventually I sold it (at a significant loss) and bought the Sig.

The same thing went for my knives. I wanted a SARsquatch really bad, but for practicality reasons, I ended up getting the NMSFNO. Not a year went by before I sold it for a SARsquatch, the blade I REALLY wanted. The NMSFNO is a more "capable" blade for most uses, but there was just something about the Squatch that connected with me.

I feel the best thing to do in these situations is to just get the one you really like the most, regardless of everything else. :)

That's me with everything, too. I think I'll hold out for that LBNMSHFBM... was that the correct acronym?...

Subtract the F for Fusion...
LBNMSHBM or LBSNMSHBM (with the first S(in red) for series)...

Thanks! I'm kind of leaning toward NMSHBMLBS, though. The NM went before the model name and the LBS after in that acronym contest.

Anyway, this B10LE is really a great deal, I figure. It's a nice, light blade with a good grip. If I were going just for practical uses, I'd get it, but I already have the BM in mind and like its aesthetics more. Just hoping it does not change much with the light brigade treatment.

I am at a crossroads on these. I will probably order one or 2 but don't want to deplete funds for the upcoming SHBMs and AA's. Decisions decisions.

Exciting indeed. Can't quite decide on whether to get 2 choiless, 2 w/ choil, or one of each.

I will probably be sitting this one out, just from sheer practicality. I already have a B11. Even thought this is a good deal for a satin/LE, and it has the no choil option (just want to try it out on a bigger knife).

I guess, my KZII does not have a choil (and I have not missed one, but the way the guard is set up, it has a spot to put your finger just fine).

I am just too fiscally responsible to grab every model I want! So it makes those times were I can all the more rewarding!

I also have a b11 and while I'd like to try a chopper with no choil.... I will have to pass.

Personally I'm savin my money for the lbsnmshbm

well I ordered the 10!!! if I had a 11 I would sit this one out but...... Heck I paid almost as much for my Battle Rats on the second hand market so this is a screaming deal to me.

I'm trying to convince myself to sit this one out... I've already got a B11 with a screaming convex edge put on by NorCalBlackTail. It's pretty much my go-to chopper...

As much as I'd love to get in on some satin, choilless goodness, I think I've got to hoard the funds for now. The Rucki bill will be due soon, and as some others have said, that LBSNMSHBM is going to be a definite want... Hell of a deal on the B10, tho...

ARRGH! TOO MUCH PRETTY STEEL!!!!

I'm not an expert but I think LE means Limeted Edition and it gets a number.

I'm not sure if LE has to be satin - I've never seen a coated LE but I'm not a Busse expert.

CG or Combat Grade is a coated or double cut (bead blasted) blade.

And then there is the Custom Shop....lots to learn.
