Great pic... Congratulations! I told my wife I was going to cut our babies umbilical cord with a Busse and give it to them when they're 18 and say, it's time to cut you're own path. She was cool with it but the Dr was like !

Congratulations to the lucky new parents! I guess some of us think similarly as we took similar shots back in the day. I cut both of my boys umbilical cords at our home births, but not with a knife. Those cords are tough enough to cut with shears, a knife would be really awkward to use without a chopping block under it.
