Picked this up at the auction. Very early butterfly by Ken Largin aka K.C.Largin aka Kelgin. It's construction is exactly like his later ones including handle stock, blade stock, machine work, etc..... Though it's very small, it's got enough heft and is fit so well as to make it swing surprisingly well!

very cool man. how the hell do you get all these?
 
I really like his little bali's. I saw a few at a cutlery store in NJ about 18 years ago(that is no longer there). These actually had a little folded handwritten note from Ken Largin inside the box thanking you for purchasing his product. Price was I believe around $65-70. Hard to believe now. They are among my favorites.
