just had a nice couple of days off for Christmas and I'm not sure that I'm quite ready to get back to work.... nothing kills work ethic like 3 days of huge meals... had a wonderful time though! my brother, who is supposed to be in flight school and said he wouldn't be making it home this year, surprised everyone and showed up dressed as Santa after a 24 hour drive straight through from Texas! it was great that my whole family could be together. I hope everyone else had a merry Christmas and got a chance to spend it with those closest to them.

I'm glad to hear that you had a wonderful holiday full of surprises! I'm still stuffed from all of the food that I ate, turkey coma! How was everyone's holiday?

Good here.... Christmas day was a combination of cold cuts and antipasto (local continental deli sells on the best :D ), Chilli Prawns and homemade cheesecake .... yesterday was more cold cuts and antipasto for lunch and close to 1.2kgs of Tiger Prawns (Lexi - it was these that I was about to fight my way into the shops for right after we spoke) for dinner ....oh and more cheesecake.... all washed down with some James Boag's Premium Lager... :D :D

Great holiday here, lots of food! I had lots of homemade cherry cheesecake too Andy! Great gifts, got some new power tools, and lots of gift cards. Been off work since Saturday, don't go back until Sunday....woohoo. Just about beer thirty...:D

I cooked up 5 pounds of thick cut bacon which was about a pound per person at my in-laws...... and then I got a pair of running shoes from my wife. I think there was a hint there somewhere.

Congrats Beef!!! Always a good thing when family can get together like that. Good on ya Brother:cool:

Holiday was really good here ! Baked stuffed shrimp, stuffed lobster tails, spiral baked ham, pasta, oh man I don't even want to think about the rest lol :) It was all really good and getting together with family and friends made it great !!!

Now where are my running shoes !!!! Lol

So much food. I love the holidays. Although I am gonna have to hit the gym for a few weeks just to undo what the last few days added to me.
