A proud honor was bestowed upon us today...it doesn't have a name, but I call it "keeper of flag" for lack of a better phrase.
Until such time as Operational Detachment 912 of 1st Battalion/19th SF needs it returned for any reason, we have the privilege of holding their Unit Flag.
What makes it so special is that this flag bears the now famous SF logo, which includes our Vietnam Tactical Tomahawk.
As one American legend in steel deserves another, I draped it over a 100th Anniversary Harley Davidson Dyna Glide. It just seemed appropriate.
