If anyone has any outstanding questions or issues with me please send them to me again. I think I have it all sorted out but don't want to miss anything.

This month is been the bitch of all bitches. My day job overloaded me because they were annoyed that I was taking a week off to go to SHOT. My workload got doubled with only 3 weeks to do it so the first 2 weeks I was doing 12 and 13 hour days, 6 days a week.

Then last week was SHOT show (the only highlight of my month) and I came back with a still fairly unreasonable ammount to be done. And of course, I ended up getting sick. Not just a little sick, but wicked, 105 fever, sleeping 13 hours a day, constant vomiting kind of sick. Lasted four days and I was at work every one of them. Showed them what I'm made of. Got everything done.:D

But, like a case of herpies, I have returned so If you need me.....
 
What kind of job do you have that allows you to be puking all day? I would imagine most places would send you home. That kind of commitment seems to be fairly absent these days, good on you. :thumbup:
 
Good on you, Shotgunner. Glad you feel better, man. Sounds like you had a hell of a time.
 
Welcome back my man.

An employee of a local company that went to SHOT is still there in the hospital with food poisoning.

Geez...your wife spits out three kids and you bitch about a little cold....lol.....glad you feel better...

I wanted off four days to go to Blade Show in 1999 and gave three months notice and marked it on a day planner what I was speaking with my stuporvisor on the phone and she tried to tell me she had no record of it at all and that I couldn't have the time off. I told her unless she was going to reimburse me for the plane ticket, I was going and she could do whatever she wanted to. That was the call the week before to remind her as she had requested three months prior.

When I got back, I had another job near the end of August because they made my life miserable because of four days, extended weekend, that I gave three months notice on. :D
