After closing down Delta-Z Knives, and being preoccupied with life for the last decade plus, I'm back into custom knife collecting once again and just wanted to say hello to all my old friends.

Now an expat semi-retired in Cebu, Philippines, say hi, or stop by if you're traveling out this way!

Well, the lechon (roast pig) is great on fiesta days, and the flan de leche is also great but I've never tried the lechon de leche. I'll put it on the list!

Yes, Delta-Z sub-forum is still showing in the BF archive section. The company was turning a tidy profit, but when Italy dropped the Lira for the Euro our costs went up overnight by over 35% so that was the end of that!
