MY Dad, years ago when for a 3 somersault ride on a 1200 hog that was a fun ride.. but the landing wasn't a lot of fun..

Kim I'm glad he made the trip OK. it's a trip many don't back from..

If it stops raining we will ride. he got his bike back and it looks great. I put my 850 shaft drive thru a station wagon in 79. slid on my ass for almost an 1/8 mile , Got up and walked back to see if the old lady was ok. she didnt stop crossing the hwy. and thought she had a deer run into her. My bike didnt fit to well in her back seat but the rescue crew got a kick out of it. God watches out for fools.

Howdy all.....

Kim told me about the post so I had to clarify things..... I let him drag my deer this past winter before I will let him ride on back with me..... LOL... LOL....

Yeah, I was very lucky. I seen many and worked on many motorcycle accidents as a medic before the army. This is my first HD and I will have to say that sucker is all metal... It flipped with me and it is still straight. This woman pulled out in front of me and never seen me, then I went into the passing lane to keep rear-ending her, then she immediately cut again in front of me going into the nearest gas station, So..... either T-Bone her or Ditch...

I was lucky... banged up, broken toes, deep cut on right shin, road rash on right forearm and left face.... and cannot wait til the rain stops. This is my first wreck since I been on a bike since around 11 as a kid... I hope it will be my last....

Someone asked me the other day..... Are you really going to get back on that bike????? I simply replied... I remarried after two divorces........

Later....

Daniel

Glad you're okay and healthy enough to laugh about it now :)

You have to pretend you are invisible to safely ride a bike these days. :(
