My financial situation has finally worked itself out to the point that I can now pick up a Sebenza. I am the type to plan my knife purchases in advance, then call my favorite dealer and have the item or item's put back until the end of the month, as I am paid once a month and do my knife buying then. This system has worked well so far. I say all of this to say that I have already decided what it is that I will be purchasing in November and December. Since it is nearing Christmas, and it is always better to give than receive, I am giving a large Sebenza 21 w/African Blackwood inserts to a person whom I admire and respect, and who has been a very good boy this year, and that person is ME! I had my dealer to order one and it has come in. I was wondering if anyone could/would post some pictures of CRK's with this wood. Btw, this is not my first Sebenza, but it is my first 21. What are the actual differences between the Classic and the 21?

Just 3 more weeks and I can regain my Sebenzinista status!:D Looking forward to it's arrival, and more so to be able to slide it in my front pocket. As I have said before, I usually favor larger knives (4.0+") but lately I have been building up some smaller knives, (~3.5"). The two I already have are built like a large knife with thick liners and blades, (Fallkniven PXL, Boker Titan Defender), and also fairly thick. While it doesn't really bother me, I am looking forward to the thinner Sebenza, the wood inserts makes it a tad thicker but not like the other two. I am still giving thought to an Umnumzaan in January, and I do want to get one of the LE woodies in large to have and carry. Three more weeks...................
