I added a few more items to my little Bugaboo set up. If I was using it all the time as a neck carry I probably wouldn't have added them but as it rides in my pocket for the most part then it's no problem.

It now has~

A few feet of Paracord.
A small compass.
Ferro-rod.
2* 10 foot lengths of trolling line.
Fox Micro whistle.
Ranger bands.

Finger healed nicely thanks to the Cayenne pepper !

Blimey, that is healing real well!

That's two reasons to restock on the Cayenne now.

Do you find the whistle gets in your way when using the knife at all?

Wow pitdog, the cut looks great. I like what you added to the contents of your knife and sheath.

Give Maisy a pat and on the head for me.

Chat with you later,

Bryan

I'm shooting Bryan an email and ordering this little guy in addition to my chopper. This design is a perfect example of my criteria for efficiency that I just posted in Pitdog's 'small yet full knives' thread.

I'm glad to see the cut was in the meaty part of your finger - whew!

Nice mods to your Bugaboo carry rig. I think we need a "Pimp my knife" thread!

btw, give 'Ol Maisy and nice ear-scratchin' for me! I really miss having a dog and enjoy seeing yours (your's are cute and look fun!).

This was my 600th post - yahoo!!!

I don't think its fits into the scope of the OP in that thread, but I see where you are coming from.

I've been thinking about making a kit with my Izula 2. You find it bulky at all when hiking?

Hi all,

You know Shotgun I bet your Izula would make a pretty good light weight and not to bulky kit. Only way to find out is to make it up and see.
