Back pocket fixed blade sheath?

So I have gotten a small pocket fixed blade from my good buddy DanCo, and I would like to figure out a backpocket sheath for it. Possibly to include space for a couple of cards or maybe some cash. The knife is just over 6" overall and .060 thick blade with thin scales, so it is a perfect candidate.

Has anyone done something like this? If anyone has any ideas or issues they ran into with something like this, please help me out. Pics, of course, are preferred, but I can work from a description.
