I’ve been carrying my knife in my back pocket more and more. Most leather slips are meant to fit the knife and not the pocket. I’m looking for a nice organizer that will fill my back pocket and keep my knife from slipping and sliding.

I realize that most back pocket organizers are meant to hold multiple things and I’m OK with that. I’d like my back pocket organizer to hold my large Sebenza and maybe something else (like a pen or a flashlight). Thank you for recommendations

Have you checked on Etsy? Or you may have a local leather artist nearby that could custom make a perfect back pocket pouch.

I do a bit of messing about with leather, you basically want a wallet size 'paddle' style holster for your knife, a square with a contoured and sewn knife slot in the centre. That should fit nicely in the back pocket, not move around and provide comfort and easy accessibility.

that is exactly what I’m looking for!

would love to commission a “paddle holster” for a large Sebenza without the clip

I don't know if there are people here who could help you? There seems to be a bunch of pro leather workers around the forum.

I would think that having the knife at the side would be more comfortable than in the center; but I didn't carry that way for long. There is a member that posted about carrying a handkerchief in his rear pocket to keep his knife from shifting (not trying to discourage the leather organizer, as I'm looking for something similar for a couple of non knife items)

I have been using a bandana/hanky as a back pocket holster for years. I keep a Spyderco Military in my right rear pocket this way.
