Hello Blade Forum members. I have not posted any knives here lately but have finally made some time to do so. I have started to expermint with dying and jigging my own bone and have been having a lot of fun doing it, but before I continue I want to thank Ken coats for having helped me with the process. I think it is a lot more extra work but I belive it can be worth the extra effort. What I really like is that the bone scale can be custom made to fit a particular knife and get the jigging all the way up to the bolster, which is sometime a high wire act to accomplish with factory bone. Also I belive it adds some more to the custom made/ hand made element. The knife here is a Tony Bose Back Pocket pattern with a drop point blade. All coments are welcomed.

That's a handsome knife, Enrique. Congrats on jigging and dyeing your own bone!
You're in rare company now!:cool:

Nice work, Enrique! Super looking folder. Great job on the bone, just think how good you are going to get at it.

I'm glad you found time to share some pics with us..

Thats a fantastic knife all the way around.

Sturdy yet elegant, I like the shield/bolster match which sets off the scales so well.

Excellent stuff, keep up the good work. Love the jigged bone, looks as though you have gotten the hang of it.

That's is a great looking knife! I like how the holes on the jigged bone are all spaced out evenly too. It's like a bee hive.
