Howard and I just got back to our home on Aug. 02. I'm now trying to adjust the time difference. He already started to work today.

We had an interesting trip in China. We will post some pictures later.

It's so nice to come back.

Thank you for all your support and help while I was in Beijing.

I'm not the only one working. Remember, our house has been occupied for the last 13 months just by an unwilling bachelor, two teenagers, a long-haired dog, and two cats. Red Flower immediately set about making the place habitable for humans too. She made me get rid of one of the pet spiders above my desk. He was about the size of a 50 cent piece. I got to keep the one with his web outside the window though.

I'll try to get some pictures up on the website soon. Didn't see as many interesting knives this time. I picked up a gaudy but solid and servicible tourist knife to carry in some of the Muslim regions of the Gobi. The best knives I saw this time were inexpensive working blades in the hands of workers.

I also join with Red Flower in thanking you all for your support. It was of great value for both of us.
