Greetings all:

Back to the grinder after a two month sojourn. This hollow ground beaver, hunter, and caper three-knife set is in mirror finish CPM-154 and stabilized Black Ash Burl supplied by the client. All comments welcome.

Beautiful set of knives ... someone is going to be very happy to get those ... and anyone who hunts and has field dressed skinned and caped an animal will see just how nice the set is for just that chore

Thank you Sir. I designed the beaver knife to enable the user to safely choke up on the blade. The bottom of the ricasso is rounded and sized to comfortably insert an index figure during shorter strokes.

You are quite welcome ...

I noticed that and from years of trapping and hunting I can say I wish I would have had that set through all those years ... very nice well thought out set.

Welcome back Tim, that's a really nice trio and it seems you've been busy as a beaver. Maybe you have got those elves helping you out again pumping out those killer knives that you fashion so well.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas - the last two months were hell. :D:D Susan showered me with care, attention, food, and helped me put my shoes and socks on. I recommend that all you guys with great wives injure yourself......chicks love scars. :D

Good to see you back. Love your work. You were the primary inspiration for me starting to make knives.

Thanks! Anything I can do to help you along just give me a holler. It's a great journey with so many directions a knifemaker can pursue. :)
