It's been a while since I was here last. I took a little time to build a couple of AR15's from forgings. A month or so ago I remembered a project I started and had seen here. It was a 1/2 inch thick end of the world knife. I think the plans were drawn up bu Himalayan (spelling) imports or something like that. Anyway...I got back to it and have it about 80% now. Made from 5160 and a lot of belts.

I haven't weighed it but it's a couple of pounds. It's heavier than my 32 inch Katana.

Geez...and I thought my Cold Steel Trail Master Bowie was thick at 5/16ths of an inch!
It looks like you might need a wagon to pull that thing around in.

(Have you contacted "Guinness" to see if it qualifies as the Worlds' thickest knife?.

Did you say "knife" or "baseball bat"?
