Back washer rotates when thumb flick

My knife is large 21 sebenza, I noticed the back washer will rotate a little bit during thumb flick each time, as far as I know the washers should not rotate when open normally, so is my knife has a big problem?
 
My backwasher also rotates a little some times, as long as you don't have any bladeplay I don't think it's a big deal.
 
If it opens, locks, & closes, it works...no problems there. "Normal" for a Sebenza is "no-flick" anyway.
