Word is, a server component (RAID controller) fried while Spark was away on urgent family business. Since it wasn't a commonly available item, it took a while to get a replacement.

One thing I learned from having to set up a forum myself, is that a lot of these "goodies" we enjoy here aren't necessarily "inherent" to the design. You have to customize a lot of stuff and it looks like what Kevin has done is to upload the basic forum, and stand redoing all the customization. Just takes time and I'm not envious.
