Backorder Emersons?

I've been looking for an A-100 stonewash plain edge blade and came across this link http://yourcornerstore.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=785_1404_1405&products_id=18532. Do you think there is any truth to this. I mean is there really a wait of over a year for the A-100?

It's possible, Emersons are made in batches so there is often a good wait for some of the knives.

A year does seem like a long time but you never know.

Wow. There are loads of the serrated versions running around. Interesting. It took me a loooong time till I found a swedged, serrated mini commander, now I is in lurve, Emersons and Spydercos, none better I think.

Has Emerson even made a run of stonewash plain edge A-100's ? I've seen the mini A-100 in stonewash but not the full size A-100. I contacted Emerson to see how long the wait was for stonewash CQC-14's and we still have a few months to go before they even do a run of that model in stonewash.

Yeah, Emerson has made some of the stonewashed A100 in plain edge because I have one I got it from the pharmacy a few months ago, but they haven't had any more in for a while. There must be more out there though.

if you look hard enough you can find emerson's, I heard similar gripes about out of stock models but maybe if not dealers that forums might have some

Try knivestown. They have a100s ...not your model thou.

You might also call some of the bigger sights to see when they expect A100.
