I've been considering a USMC ILBE MARPAT 2nd Generation pack. The thing is, I don't need it and I would have to trade in the Gregory Palisade 80 to get it. Intended use would be extended length backpacking, expeditions. I know they're both heavy and BIG, but I like having one of those around. So how are those ILBE's holding up second hand? Is it worth the trade off?
