Backpack Strap Accessory Pouches?

Looking for a little extra carrying capacity for my waxed cotton backpack.
I assume somebody makes them, but I have no idea where to start looking.
Don't want any tactical looking stuff; a waxed cotton pouch would be ideal but not a deal breaker if it isn't.

I have a set from Lowe alpine which are about 20 years old. Dueter external pockets available at campsaver - no experience with them.
