Hey guys,
I'm trying to find a backpack for 3-4 day trips with MOLLE attachments on the side or front of the pack. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

what's your budget?

frame or no?

on the cheap end, there are the USGI MOLLE2 "assault" packs. there's a large and a small.

in the middle, some of the Maxpedition and Camelbak packs have MOLLE

on the high dollar end, there are the Kifaru packs.

I like Maxpedition stuff. I really like Kifaru stuff but you have to pay for it. However, it is totally bomb proof and a lifetime pack. Maybe the X'ray or the Molle Express.

In that price range you have maxpediton, condor, blackhawk and maybe camelback. But I know the first three are all made outside the us, but I don't know about camelback. If you can save up some more money I would go with eberlestock, kifaru,or mystery ranch and they are all made in the us. out of the three eberlstock is the best bang for your Buck, but all three make grate packs. I was just going through the samething trying to find a pack and I went with the eberlestock g4. good luck with your search.

Eberlestock is made in Vietnam, which is why it costs less than Kifaru and MR.

Depending on how much you need to carry Kifaru has their G1 MMR on sale. Only available in black, but it's half the price of a G2 MMR, and probably within your budget if you save a bit more. Go to their main page and click on where it says "All G1 markdowns". It's 4200 ci, so may be bigger than you want.

I really like my camelbak pack. I paid 170 for it and its on its second deployment to Iraq. I found that its just the right size for 3-4 days out in the field. Plus it came with a camelbak bladder.

Try an ATS RAID? I have a new one...first one lasted about 12 years of hard use.

RUSH 24 is my EDC...it could EASILY do what you ask ( a few days).

I have had really good luck with Maxped. That being said depending on how much crap you plan to take they may not offer a big enough pack. I also have an Elberstock Phantom. Great pack with a crap ton of molle. I was able to get one off of ebay for about $240 used. Just look around. FYI the Phantom has a a built in gun scabbard. If you don't require this you can save a bit of money on their other packs.

Of all these packs mentioned I think ONLY Kifaru has an internal frame or metal stays??But more than $150

I am looking at the Camelbak Tri-Zip. This pack has Mystery Ranch Harness, and I believe internal frame. At about 2,300 ci, I am thinking this will be a great 3 day, but I pack pretty light. I have found it for under $200 at a few sites.

I need to get new glasses. When I first looked at the title of the thread, I saw, "Backpack with male attachments." I wasn't sure if it was a boy thread or a girl thread.
