Not sure what to call this set.

Set is 7 1/4" overall with a blade of 3 1/4".

Ground from 3/32" 0-1 and ground thin!!

I left the spreader with the sharp 90% thin edge. I was hoping that the sharp 90% edge would scrape very nice (butter and the like but I may put the edge on to dress game:thumbup: )

All I need to do is put the final edge on the paring knife and make a double sheath but thats down the road. These 2 and 1 more paring knife finished up the small knives in my personal kitchen set.

Handles are canvas OD with red liners. Fitting for Christmas!!

I can see it now.The new line of kitchen knives"Goodesu". :D Just kidding , they look great, my friend.

i like those. been thinking about making some kitchen knives myself. just not sure if i want 01 that i can heat treat or some stainless i will have to send out for heat treat. would rather use high carbon, but not sure if my family will take care of them enough. what's your experiece on that?

Well.........I'll be making another set out of stainless so the family wont worry about them. Right now I have to MAKE them use the 0-1 knives :) Thats just because they need washing and drying after:D

Those are outstanding Brian. You always produce great knives.

Nick:)
