Well I haven't posted many pics recently in partly because of photo uploading laziness and because bladeforums and Busse are dangerous to my wallet but here are some belated holiday epic bacon creations as well as some infi and a couple of spoiled pets. These are my versions of Skunk's infi guard cats. Thanks for looking and my apologies for any bad quality cellphone photos.
Some grilled shrimp brochettes butterflied with jalapenos, jack cheese and a slice of bacon with creole seasoning
New SOS duo, my first orange Busses. I think the slabs burned my corneas when I unboxed them
Main guard cat. She is the mean one
Soon. . .very soon.
RELEASE THE KRAKEN!
My buddy had me order him a B10 LE when I ordered mine, and since he was overhauling/cleaning his apartment, he had a couple maker's 46s and decided to chop his desk chair apart that he didn't want anymore to see the power of infi. I stabbed it through the 1/2 inch-3/4 inch seat with around 4 blows and the lateral strength of infi is no joke. One chop into the bottom of the legs followed by a twist of the wrist basically destroyed each leg. The knife was shaving sharp afterwards and he was blown away by the performance.
I took an 8 lb pork tenderloin, cut in half for ease of handling, coated it in brown sugar and mesquite rub and 4 pounds of bacon wrapped 360, and threw it on the traeger smoker for 5 hours. This is was a dumb idea to prepare this on top of a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner, as we could hardly get up from the table afterwards.
